Our Process
Where Do We Start
Once you have decided to move forward with an East Coast Granny Flats & Small Homes project and we have ascertained that your property will meet the preliminary council requirements, it is time to take the next step towards the construction process.
To get started we follow a 5 step process:
-
We encourage viewing one of our already established Granny Flats to get an idea on style, space and workmanship.
-
A visit to your property to discuss designs and location options.
-
Our plumber and electrician visit your property to ascertain any excavation work that may be required.
-
Essential Energy and Geotech is contacted to receive reports and approval.
-
We produce a single quote for you that will include trades, construction and finishes. That means no hidden extras!
