Our Product
East Coast Granny Flats & Small Homes uses a unique insulated modular system that is not only cost effective, it allows for a dramatically quicker and more efficient construction over other traditional methods. The system is made up of structural wall and roof panels delivered on site, ready for construction.
Once we have your floor in place, your granny flat or small home can achieve lock up status in less than 10 days saving you both time and money.
The East Coast Granny Flat insulated system has excellent thermal performance with high R values and achieves BASIX (Building Sustainability Index) requirements. It is suitable for bushfire prone areas and is BCA (Building Code Australia) compliant up to BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) #29.
